Crusty Potato Logs
INGREDIENTS
2egg whites2
66 medium annabelle potatoes boiled & mashed6
3egg yolks3
1/4 cupmargerine50ml
1/4 tspthyme1ml

DIRECTIONS
Cook potatoes and whip with margarine, salt, pepper, thyme and egg yolks.
Form into logs . Beat 2 egg whites and roll potato logs into this and dip into corn flake crumbs.
Bake 425 for 15-20 min.
