Chef Alain Scalloped Potatoes & Brie Goat Cheese
90gdouble cream brie goat cheese3 oz
30mlbutter2 tbsp
2garlic cloves finely chopped2
6Annabelle potatoes skin on6
2mlground pepper1/2 tsp
125mlsour cream1/2 cup
50mlfresh chives1/4 cup
1/2 tspadditional chives for garnish2ml

In a good size frying pan, melt butter; add potatoes, garlic and ground pepper. Cook potatoes. Be patient, allow potatoes to brown a bit before turning.

Once turned, add goat cheese. Mix until it starts to melt. Add sour cream and chives. Garnish with Chives.
