Annabelle Oven Spicy Fries with a Lemon Lime Mayo
INGREDIENTS
5Annabelle Potatoes5
2 ozCanola Oil57 g
1/2 tspDry Crushed Chili Pepper2 ml
1/2 tspCoarse sea salt (to taste) 2 ml
3 tbspReal Mayonnaise45 ml
1Lemon - Juice only1
1Lime - Juice only1

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 400F (205C)

Slice your potato length wise and then into french fries about 1/2 inch thick. Toss them into a bowl with the oil, chili pepper and salt. Place them on a cookie sheet - lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven for 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown. Sprinkle with sea-salt and serve with your favorite condiment.
I suggest the lemon-lime mayo to help balance the fries:

Lemon-lime Mayo:
Mix together in a bowl - mayonnaise, lemon juice and lime juice.
Serve with fries.

Simple, easy and great for a last minute snack.
