Ultimate Honey Annabelle Baked Potato
INGREDIENTS
2Annabelle Potatoes2
1 ozOlive Oil28 g
1 ozFresh local honey28 g
1/2 tspCoarse sea salt to taste2.5 ml
1/2 tspMilled Black Pepper 2.5 ml
2 tspSour Cream10 ml
2 ozShredded Cheddar Cheese57 g
1 ozChopped Green Onion28 g

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350F (190C)

Cut each of the potatoes 3/4 of the way 10 to 12 times, rub the potato with the oil,
place in a roasting pan then drizzle the honey over the cracks of the potatoes, finish with sea salt, pepper and bake in the oven for 40 to 45 minutes.

Remove from oven, and then garnish with sour cream, shredded cheese and chopped green onions and serve.
