Oven Roasted Annabelles
INGREDIENTS
3 lbAnnabelle Potatoes1.5 kg
2 ozOlive Oil57 g
1/2 CupBrown Sugar125 ml
1 tspSea Salt5 ml
1 tspMilled Black Pepper5 ml
1 tspSmoked Paprika5 ml

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375F (190C)

Cut each potato in 3 thick slices, and place in a large bowl. Add in all the oil, brown sugar, sea salt, pepper and smoked paprika, and toss with your hands to ensure you get every piece covered.

In a 9x13 glass baking dish, spread the potatoes and bake in the oven. Cook for approximately 40 to 50 minutes, flipping your potatoes once or twice during the cooking process to make sure your potatoes are golden brown on both sides.
